Little Nessie is a delightful book for children aged 6 to 96! It is an exceedingly good book to start TwigBooks Children's Section and I really do recommend it to all our readers who have children, grandchildren or who are just young at heart.

Guess I have to start a new interest and write up a regular entry on my new blog!
Had a hip replaced 7 weeks ago after three years of pain the relief is wonderful. I get muscle ache from the exercises given to me by the Wicked Witch of physio but I am nearly walking without a limp so cannot complain.
Hit my first few shots with a golf pitching wedge yesterday but putting is tough on a golf green that I have not been able to cut for a while. Oh well ever onwards and upwards.

Very interesting discussions with Brian Ariel about 2 books he has written. 'Everything you ever wanted to know but didn't know who to ask' and 'Songs of the Twentieth Century'. They are both treasure chests of information and we hope to publish them in the months ahead.
Brian and I were at school together and used to play football in the same teams some 58 years ago so it was great meeting up again.
His manuscripts remind me of an old precious curiosity shop - a treasure chest that is full of information including some that will give every reader a great deal of pleasure.
